[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Add AVFoundation input device.

AVFoundation is OS X 10.7+, and is on iOS as well, although I'm not sure
which version it first appeared in, I do know that QTKit is deprecated and
AVFoundation is the future, but who knows Apple could change their minds at
any point.
