Double addendum (ignore the last one) as I missed a bit. This fixes an
obscure case where someone might being using a compiler with a msvcrt from
a different version (i.e. using msvc12 compiler but with an older sdk).

I missed this, you say only 2010 is a problem, but the comment in configure
> only says 2013 works fine, so what about 2012??


The 2012 version is msvc11 (released 2012 but version 11).
