    Stream #0:3[0x47](CHS,ENG): Subtitle: dvb_subtitle ([6][0][0][0] / 0x0006)
    Stream #0:4[0x48](CHI): Subtitle: dvb_subtitle ([6][0][0][0] / 0x0006)
(though maybe no actually useful data packets if you were looking for that)

FFmpeg does not probe far enough.
MPlayer with -identify shows that subtitles appear later on,
-sid 71 displays them.
They should be DVB subs.

I suspect these two are the same. As far as I could figure
out they use their own special Japanese ARIB subtitle encoding.
I did not figure out the details of it so far.

I doubt these are in any way still relevant, but they contain CC
data in that packets starting with 00 00 01 b2 99 02 and 00 00 01 b2 bb 02
I suspect replacing "99 02" by "fc", "aa 02" by "fd", "bb 02" by "fe"
and "cc 02" by "ff" might convert them to ordinary CEA-608 data.
