Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. Only noticed because I got email
saying the bug is now closed. I submitted the sample and it was created using
an rtmpdump from a connection to an nginx-rtmp server.
I don't know if it is valid or not. The flv documentation does not seem to
indicate if any of the rules for the flv are any more flexible in a streaming
context as opposed to the static file context. If it is of any consequence, the
browser flash plugin from Adobe doesn't seem to have any issue with the DTS
jumps.
