Seeing how it fails on PPC, I decided to checked. This file looks
truncated (on the 16th frame):
[aic @ 06d1a560] Frame size should be 310400 got 19968

I don't know how the decoder handles this, and this may actually be
good to keep it kind of broken, but one may also want to streamcopy
the 15 first frames into a new sample file.

Not related to this test, but this sequence is interlaced and not
testing the progressive case, which might be broken. I'll start
another thread for this.
