[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] tests: add automatic target for existing rules

It probably relies on specific mechanisms of make and may have
performance implications, but I find this patch quite practical in
order to test a subset of the vcodec tests.

This might even be moved/extended to other places.

Or I may be missing a simpler way to do this.
