avio_read returns AVERROR_EOF,
avio_seek return AVERROR(EPIPE)
avio_write hangs
I added locally to avio_open_dir doxy:
" * @warning Context created this way cannot be used for I/O operations
other than avio_read_dir() and avio_close_dir()."
