Most importantly, one may have authored 6 LOC in this file, but it's only 6
LOC. Leave the license choice to the people that did the actual work (the
other 99%).

In this case, Martin chose LGPLv2.1 or later for this particular; deal with
it. Don't sneakily change it while he isn't watching, it's exceptionally
unethical.
