Note that to my knowledge there is not exactly a huge number of
OpenSource MXF implementations around, and given how bug-ridden
the first muxer implementation were (maybe still are?) I do think
that FFmpeg having a separate demuxer very much is valuable.
Not that like for JPEG200 it wouldn't be good to support external
libraries as more stable alternatives.
