Actually the wiki shows Fedora 21 and Mageia 5 as shipping 2.4.
Granted, for F21 it's in an unofficial repository (RPMFusion), but still.

If there are no major API changes, we (RPMFusion) can probably update
to 2.5, but I'd ask you to hold off until the new year if possible.
