The samples were submitted to the mailing list, but I rejected the
message with a note to provide links to the files instead of attaching
them due to the file sizes. Please check to see if the message was
marked as spam.

Although this is a high volume list (in my opinion), I thought 5 MB was
too big for a single email message; especially with our number of
subscribers I did not believe it would be appreciated by many readers.

Current size limit per message is 550 kb. This of course can be
changed if desired and can be discussed in another message or in
#ffmpeg-devel.
