[FFmpeg-devel] LFEScaleIndex larger than 127 is not implemented

Hello,

I’ve uploaded the file 664461_flac_16_44100_2.wav on ftp://upload.ffmpeg.org/incoming/.
Here is my result when I run this command with latest ffmpeg version:
