Hi

this patch uses 2 additional fields to check if things are unchanging before
applying temporal deinterlacing, This reduces artifacts in the sample i tested

The X86 code is not updated yet because i first like to get some feedback on
this
That is does it look better ? worse ? do people consider an extra frame delay
a problem? Also if you want to test this, please make sure you do proper
blind tests so you dont know which is which before you decide which looks
better
