And AV_OPT_TYPE_SAMPLE_FMT and possibly other things. In general I
don't think you can use Libav/libavutil with FFmpeg/libswresample, it
probably can be achieved with a few API/ABI hacks but 1. it looks
pointless to me, 2. it would be messy and would go mostly untested.
