[FFmpeg-devel] fate clients owner names

Hi all

until today our fate server listed everyone as owner=fate
which was apparently an oversight ...

ive tried to fix that and associate some kind of name with each key
the new names should appear with each client once they run the next
time.
if your submissions are not identified with the owner string that you
would prefer, then please mail me or reply on list
