[FFmpeg-devel] binary for Android

Hi,

I can prepare a script that will build the latest version of ffmpeg binary 
(static build, if you care) for Android, and package it so that it 
can be uploaded to the official Play Store (managed by Google, 
if you care), so that this binary be available for anybody who wants
to use ffmpeg in their Android apps.

The package (formally, and App) will not be intended for end-users, but 
to be integrated (through process exec, if you care) into other apps (it will be
runnable from the terminal, as well).

The end-users will be always able to download the latest build 
with any fixes involved, if they care.

Do you think it's a good idea? Will there be any licensing problems?
