I guess you didn't understand Carl's question. He was asking whether having
only ONE "opencl" filter for everything is reasonable. Something like this:
-vf 'opencl=unsharp:otheropt'.

Same here. Carl probably means having separated filters.
(unsharp=opts,delogo=opts)
