I do not. Although given the complexity of h264, I don't think you can ever 
know too much about the video stream.

The ordering was originally in numerical order, but some of the numbers are 
then out of order when there are instances of different variants of the same 
codec. Grass Valley seems to just extend the spec as needed, and they just use 
the next available id when adding support for a new codec. There appears to be 
no overarching reasoning behind the ordering.
