I would suggest reading the license, they seem to use the word compatible in a very liberal meaning.
In particular I don't think FFmpeg fulfils the requirements of that license without code changes.
I would need to read it again to figure out whether that advertising clause is a distribution-only or an actual use clause though, which makes a lot of differences whether or users can reasonably use a LGPL FFmpeg linked against it.
