[FFmpeg-devel] Allow VP9 and Opus in webm format

As there are already examples of webm files with VP9 and Opus, i think
ffmpeg can allow this codecs in webm format.
I successfully used the patch to -vcodec copy a vp9 and encode an opus
audio.
For a vp9 encoded file, chromebook was not able to decode it, but vpxdec
worked just fine.
