Hi vineet

Please post the same on user list of ffmpeg,  until you want to add those
feature in ffmpeg.

I know of only swscale library in ffmpeg, which work on resizing.

I am interested in adding those
Feature,  i would be able to play some old dull movies by enhancing them.

People please comment, whether we need to make a new library or add those
feature in some existing library
