Maybe, but I am unable to test because doxygen is somehow doesn't work
on my computer. It only scans some specific headers, and not other .c
and .h files. I also looked at other .c files and saw that no .c files
are using Doxygen groups.

I'll just delete the incorrect grouping in .c, add grouping in .h, and
add some file briefings in both .c and .h.
