Implementation of 32-bit fixed point FFT and implementation of AC3 fixed point decoder that is using this FFT are resubmitted in next two patches. AC3 fixed point decoder is remade according to the newest changes to AC3 floating point decoder from FFmpeg. -Nedeljko
