Iirc, the problem was that the siren decoder does 
not decode vivo audio and the vivo audio decoder 
does not decode siren ;-(
(And you objected to AV_CODEC_ID_VIVO_AUDIO iirc.)

Even if this turns out to be true:
What would we loose if we add a codec id now that 
we would have to remove at the next major bump?

In the meantime, how should a player application 
use the demuxer?
