I kept the files produced by FATE tests both before and after the change,
and vimdiff-ed the output of ffprobe -show_format -show_streams
-show_packets -show_data. For all files, I observed one of the following
behaviours: shorter last audio packet; different last audio packet (due to
trimming and then padding with zeroes to the codec frame size, obviously),
one less video frame that was just on the boundary.
