Then the application itself converts the packets to UTF-8, and everything
works fine.

Forget me for speaking my mind plainly, but I find that in this discussion
and the similar discussion on the past you have not made the slightest
effort to understand how things should work; instead, you have repeatedly
made request to get things working with your broken design.
