[FFmpeg-devel] ffmpeg vf_fade patch

Hello,

I have attached a patch for ffmpeg that lets you use time-based 
arguments for the video fade filter, as well as frame-based arguments.  
This was inspired by and heavily borrowed from the af_fade filter.  I 
have done my best to maintain backwards compatibility, so it still 
supports shorthand arguments.

I successfully ran FATE, and also did some of my own tests.
