Please be somewhat careful. I have be using sample_aspect_ratio as the 
recommended aspect ratio and currently this works well and independent of 
width / height. So width / height gives one aspect ratio that may need to be 
adjusted by sample_aspect_ratio.

Whatever it might be changed to, as long as it is consistent for ALL FORMATS 
it will be ok.
