I just noticed that if you seek into a loud section (anywhere after the
first couple seconds) of that mp3 and then seek back to a quiet section
(first couple seconds) in the beginning there seems to be some garbled
frames that get played. If you repeat the seek in the quiet area there is
no garbled noise. Is there some buffer that's not being flushed or is this
just a bad file?
