[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Animated GIF Support

This patch adds animated GIF decoding support:
-existing gif decoder was improved in order to support animated images
-added gif demuxer

It is necessary to use "-f gif" option for gif input, otherwise file
treated by ffmpeg as image2 frame sequence.

Please review this patch.
