OK, but as I explained, this was said because Libav expressed the will to
rewrite it from scratch, so it was uncertain more changes would come. It
was not about judging anything. And in the context, it was all about
following some Libav changes or not in FFmpeg, not about flaming/provoking
or anything.

I'm sorry, but I think you're just overreacting and over-interpreting
things. At least in this particular case.

Your work was and is still appreciated, and I even remember Michael
expressing it clearly (if you insist I may look into an old thread).
Also note that Michael (anyone please correct me if I'm interpreting
things wrong) just got quite frustrated at the beginning of your sws
cleanup after you kind of ignored the review he was proposing (maybe in a
"harsh" way), even after you broke one or two things.

That's your own opinion, relationships seem to go quite well these days
with us other ffmpeg developers AFAICT.
Now I'm sure Michael will be able to express himself better than anyone
else, I just wanted to give an external point of view.
