[FFmpeg-devel] metadata rotate

This is just for your records as a test case and if someone wants to write it up as a bug for ffplay and documentation, have at it.

This file has a 90 degree "rotate" metadata value. It comes from an iphone. This is correct and how it should be.

The "rotate" metadata value is not listed in avformat.h so I had to guess.

ffplay and some other players do not rotate it so it will play sideways. QuickTime player gets it right.
