Well even in this case reordering the options in the texi should not
be hard.

Please let me repeat again why I strongly object this, reference
documentation is different from user contributed documentation, you
don't want to dump a wiki (updated to which FFmpeg version?) or need
an Internet connection to read the reference, and you don't want
Random J. User to edit the options description with no review, for the
same reasons you don't want a random user to edit the reference specs
of your microwaves oven.

User contributed docs have a different target and objective of the
reference specification/documentation.
