[FFmpeg-devel] mips: codec optimizations

Hello,

In next few patches there are several code fixes and improvements.

In third patch there is implementation in C and optimization for mips of AC3 
 fixed point decoder. Since this was tested only on MIPS architecture decoder 
 is enabled only for MIPS (for optimization to be enabled there are additional 
 conditions) and that is the reason why I didn't change minor and micro 
 version number, doc/general.texi file and Changelog.
