Correct files will be played by all players
And we should not generate incorrect files, we do a huge disservice to
our users if we do that without warning them.
A user might encode a large collection of files and burn them on cdrs
and he might notice they play correctly with that one win32 application
but then a month later the user might try playing them with another app
that uses the binary codec thats also used by mplayer. And suddenly
he might have wasted quite a bit of time and also money for cdrs.
