With this patch applied, the message "Broken file, 
keyframes not correctly marked" is shown less often 
for files encoded with libtheora, but is still is shown.
Twice for
ffmpeg -i fate-suite/svq3/Vertical400kbit.sorenson3.mov -an out.ogg
12 times when I encoded a 145sec Apple trailer.
