VCD/SVCD/DVD/... need values much smaller than 60, also dvb broadcasts
will work better with smaller, dont know if they "need" it.

with a value of 60 seeking could take 2+ seconds and switching
programs on broadcasts similar. Thats not very smooth/responsive
