actually there are a few devs who use windows and keep win32/win64
ffmpeg working.
there seems to be enough people who arent devs that want this msvc
feature. banding them together seems like an easy task and we can
probably merge quite a lot of ifdeffery easily.
can you start a git repo with your changes ? then michael can merge
those whenever things get tested/stable ... assuming it passes review
and such.
i heard on irc that even libav is working on msvc support, via some
kind of python script.
