Sorry, too busy with other stuff currently.
If nobody else does I'll commit in January at the latest.
But this specific patch I think is wrong/suboptimal, it should
use CODEC_ID_VC1 instead of CODEC_ID_WMV3, I wrongly thought
they were the same when I wrote the patch.
