1 == inconditional squeezing/trimming/filling?
Amount in samples = samples per channel?
Also the amount in samples represents the maximum number of samples in
the current samples frame?

What if the value is between 0 and 1?
Note: this should be moved to ffmpeg-resampler.texi, and properly
referenced in the aresample docs, but can be done later (well I
planned to do that but I can do it later).
