Hi, I'm interested in creating a DTS-HD MA decoder for ffmpeg, I'm new to
coding so it probably won't be very good, but existing at all is a giant
step above not existing.

I do have a few questions though, will I be allowed to use the code I
submit to ffmpeg in any way I see fit IE can I use my code under a bsd
style license instead of the GPL?
