I have one with me,
but I'm afraid it is not re-distributable due to copyright problem.
It has the same or very similar frame structure
with fate-aac-al17_44.mp4, i.e.,
 ADTS header with channel configuratio 0, [<PCE>] <SCE> <SCE>

Although insertion of PCE is required by the spec only when
channel configuration changes,
it seems that PCE is usually inserted periodically.

Aside from those differences (ADTS header, PCE),
I think we can use fate-aac-al17_44.mp4 as an alternative sample.
