i refer to everything that unrelated to the bugfix of counting bytes.
there should be 1 patch that fixes the rtsp byte counting
and a seperate patch that adds support for displaying
something else than the average bitrate. This should include a short
explanation what its good for / why the existing way of displaying a
bitrate and the quantization parameter is not sufficient
ideally these 2 should also be in seperate mails, it has some potential
to confuse if they are discussed together.
