Plotting the data points show a general alignment on a curve of increasing
size and PSNR. The curve of the red points is clearly under (lower PSNR
and/or higher file size) the curve of the green points.

Except that, now that I double check my data, I realize that the green
points are Anatoliy's, so I got it inverted.

Of course, it is a test done with only a single image, it does not mean
much.
