The problem with this approach is that the order of patches often
changes in my local repo, dependencies between patches as well, and I
tend to add/remove/merge patches as review is done and I
rework/rethink the patchset, so it still makes sense to me to post
each patch separately (yes this also has drawbacks, but everyone is
different and adopts the workflow which suits her better).
