[FFmpeg-devel] avfilter: Add avfilter_unref_bufferp

Since ref is invalid after avfilter_unref_buffer, add safer alternative
which assigns NULL.  As unref is a bit ambigious I would prefer to call it
avfilter_free_ref_buffer or avfilter_release_ref_buffer, but that might be
overkill.
