This makes me wonder if we shouldn'nt instead add an entry in the patch
submission checklist (doc/developer.texi).

Another solution is a server git hook which print a message after each
commit if the year doesn't match.

Note: ah, and another thing to watch for is the MpegEncContext
modification which sometimes means the update of the ARM offset; this
could also be added to the submit checklist. There might be other, but
it's the only one I know/can think of.
