I didnt change the stack allocation in the new chroma function, because then
the patches would conflict and it
is a separate issue of sorts.

There was a header bit for 444.

Trailing data silently skipped.

Denser code for chroma_shift


also,
There might be a reason to re-use the same function for the
decode_slice_luma and decode_slice_chroma444
(only the last order of idct_put operations differ)
