i think this patch is correct but it cant be applied:
patching file ffmpeg/ffmpeg_new.c
patch: **** malformed patch at line 6: static AVBitStreamFilterContext *audio_bitstream_filters=NULL;

Please generate patches with git format-patch and attach them instead of copying them inline which like in this case messed up the whitespace making the patch not applyable
