[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] codec_ids & compatibility

Hi

attached patchset resolves the codec_id compatibility issue that
occured as libav added codecs we supported since a long time with
conflicting and incompatible ids.

Also see: "[PATCH] sync libav avcodec.h" on libavs mailing list for
a failed attempt to synchronize them in a conventional way.

I plan to apply this patchset tomorrow unless there are objections or
better suggestions.
